Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Found multiple items (prawn tempura, and chicken) being cooled in large quantities multiple layers deep.
Corrective Action(s): Must cool food quickly in small portions and one layer deep. Once cooled can then store in larger volumes and depths.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Found spray bottle in the front to have > 200 ppm chlorine.
Corrective Action(s): Must ensure bottles have 100 to 200 ppm chlorine (1/2 tsp bleach to 1 litre water)

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Watched staff handle personal phone with dirty gloves then return to food handling.
Corrective Action(s): Remind all staff of proper hand washing, (i.e. remove gloves when soiled or touch personal items or garbage, wash hands and put new gloves on before returning to food handling).

Observation: 1. Found food items thawing, and being prepared on the floor.
2. Found food items being store under bug zapper, fly and insect parts found on food containers beside cooler unit.
Corrective Action(s): 1. All food must be handled in a safe and sanitary manner off of the floor. All food prep (i.e. seasoning the meat) should be done on the food prep counters and thawing done in the cooler or sink.
