Comments

- Premises and equipment maintained in a sanitary condition
- Handsinks were supplied with liquid soap + paper towel in food prep/service area and customer area.
- Staff/public washroom sinks were supplied with liquid soap and air dryers
- All coolers were operating at 4C or below
- 2 door reach in cooler 3 deg.C
- 1 door reach in cooler 4 deg.C (initially 5C, but decreased to 4C).
- 2 drawer cooler 2C
- undercounter cooler (front service) 2 deg.C
- All freezers were maintaining products in a frozen state.
- Hot holding units were maintaining foods at > 60 deg.C. Burger patties 70 deg.C; Chicken strips 79C.
- High temperature dishwasher was operational and met required sanitizing temperature. Final rinse measured 79.6 deg.C at dish surface.
- Quats sanitizer available from dispenser at 2 compartment sink was 200ppm. Test strips present for checking concentration
- Temperature monitoring/food safety check sheet in use and up to date.
- Time tracking in place for condiments/burger toppings.
- Food contact surfaces are being cleaned and sanitized every 4 hours.
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of the inspection
