Prep cooler has been repaired and ambient temperature measured 4 degrees C - good Garlic spread is now kept in the prep cooler bottom - good Facility has gone through a deep clean to remove mice droppings. Ensure that this is continued on a semi-frequent basis. note: droppings still present behind wires on the floor in the office, operator will rewire area and have it professionally cleaned - good
