Low temperature dishwasher: 100 ppm chlorine was measured on the plate level. Same results replicated in all three cycles. Chlorine test paper is available. All foods in coolers are covered. COVID 19 safety plan is reviewed. Some recommendation and comments were provided. Please submit the COVID 19 safety plan with recommendation/comments provided by your Environmental Health Officer. COVID19 safety plan is also developed in Punjabi.
