All freezers are maintaining foods at -18 degrees Celsius (0 deg. F) or colder. Alarms have been installed on freezer units. General sanitation is overall good. Note: The temperature logs sheets still indicate that the freezers should be maintained at 10 degrees F. or colder. Some of the temperatures are also believed to be recorded in Celsius. Units are not indicated on log sheets. Either change all to Fahrenheit or put both on sheet. Freezers for long term food storage are required to maintain foods at -18 degrees Celsius (0 degrees F) or colder. Please make correction to forms. This was noted on last inspection.
