Observation: 2 compartment sink that is used for hand washing and dishwashing - both compartments full of dishes, paper towel from dispenser is blocked.
Hand sink in back storage area - no paper towel.
Correction: All hand sinks should be fully equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single-use paper towels in dispensers. Sinks cannot be obstructed.
Keep garbage bins near sinks.
Do not use reusable towel to dry hands.
Correct immediately.

Follow-up inspection
-Hand sink in back has been fully stocked.
-Front 2 compartment sink - one compartment kept clear of obstruction for hand washing.
-Area behind dishwasher has been cleaned up.
-No pest droppings seen.
-General organization has improved and items have been put on shelves.
Note: Domestic fridge has not been repaired and ambient air temperature is 8 C however, it is not being used for potentially hazardous foods - this is acceptable.
