Premise is sanitary. No signs of pests at the time of inspection. Hot and cold running water available. Hand sink in use with liquid soap, paper towels and running water. Food protected from contamination. 3 display freezers with ice cream at -18C or below. Ice cream scoops are sanitary with cold running water holder available. 200 ppm bleach sanitizer in spray bottle in use. 3 compartment sink in use. Dry storage is sanitary. One freezer in back room at -18C and below (empty). Popcorn machine currently not in use. Single use utensils protected from contamination with food grade lids and covers. Washroom is sanitary with fully stocked hand sink. Permit posted in visible location.
