Dishwasher now able to achieve final rinse concentration of 100ppm chlorine for sanitizing.

Please ensure all staff are trained on how to replace the sanitizer buckets when nearing empty.

Note: it is the responsibility of the Owner of a commissary kitchen to ensure all equipment used by Renters are in good working order.
