Introduction

An unscheduled routine inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DLSP). All areas of the facility were inspected for compliance.

Observed Violations

No violations were found during the inspection.

Comments

At this inspection, there were 19 children and 4 staff present. At this inspection, no contraventions were identified. As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed and a copy is provided. It was noted that a few sleeping mats needed repairing. Manager informed Licensing that they will be repaired this week. Please send Licensing a written response after this has been addressed. A copy of the LO's business card was provided.
