Food service provided for events only during off season. General season opening is weather dependant. Mid April Hand washing stations maintained. Bar glass washer final disinfecting rinse +12.5 ppm Coolers below 4 Celsius. Freezers below -18 Celsius. Sanitizer in spray bottle tested, near 200 ppm Quats. Replace solution weekly and test solution when at room temperature as per test strip instructions. Dishwasher final disinfecting rinse at 50 ppm Chlorine Washrooms maintained. Monitor ice machine clean and disinfect unit quarterly or as required. Ice Scoop and holding container to be washed daily or prior to use. Discussed preventative pest control measures and monitoring.
