Observation: Rodent droppings found behind the storage unit next to the hand washing station in the back storage room. Staff stated that a pest control company is contracted.
Corrective Action(s): Contact pest control company to assess pest point-of-entry areas and to reduce any entry/harbouorage of rodents. Wear PPE and clean and sanitize all effected areas where pest droppings are present by pouring bleach solution (1 part bleach and 10 parts water) and wiping up the droppings

Observation: Back storage area observed to be cluttered with multiple pieces of equipment and other items which are not required for the business. Staff stated that there are plans to move these items off premise.
Corrective Action(s): Remove all items in the back storage area which are not required to be stored on premises to prevent pest harbourage and to ensure all floors are easily accessible to clean and sanitize.

Observations:
- All coolers at or below 4'C
- All freezers at or below -18'C
- Hand washing stations supplied with liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water
- Bleach sanitizer available in spray bottles measured at 200 ppm chlorine concentration with test strips
- 2-compartment sink available on-site
- Domestic dishwasher available on-site
- Front service area well-kept and sanitary
- All food stored off the ground and covered
- Equipment stored in a sanitary manner

NOTE: open display cooler normally located at the front of the store has been replaced with a stand-up 2-door clear cooler measured at 3'C during inspection
