Corrective Action(s): Manager provided surface sanitizer at 200ppm QUAT concentration at the noted area. Surface sanitizer must be available at all times, especially in food prep area.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Missing paper towel inside the dispenser at the handwashing station at coffee station.

Observation: Leaky pipe underneath the three compartment sink. A bucket was used to collect the water. Slight pooling of water in front of the upright cooler in the back storage room.
Corrective Action(s): Fix the leaky pipe and clean up the slight pooling of water in the noted area.

Comments

- General sanitation is satisfactory.
- All other handwashing stations supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, paper towels.
- Three compartment sink available to manual warewashing. Sanitizer available at 200ppm QUAT concentration.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks.
- No signs of pest activity. Pest control inspection done monthly, according to third party pest control company inspection report.
- FOODSAFE trained staff on duty. Verified at the time of the inspection.

Temperature control:
- All coolers at < or = 4C
- All freezers at < or = -18C
- Hot holding units > 60C
- Thermometers available in all refrigeration units.
- Daily temperature log available and kept up to date.
