Chlorine container has lost its potency as it is too old. Corrective Action(s): Staff stated dishwasher has not been in operation for 2 months and they have been solely warewashing in the 3 compartment sinks. Dishwasher must be in good working order at all times. Staff to continue to warewash in the 3 compartment sink until new chorine container has been installed as discussed. Violation Score: 15

This is an outstanding item noted in report on March 21, 2023. Corrective Action(s): Quat is to be dispensed at 75F to allow accurate monitoring of the concentration. Violation Score: 15 311 - Premises not maintained as per approved plans [s. 6(1)(b)] Observation: Cracked floor tiles observed in front of the deep fryer. This is an outstanding issue noted in report on March 21, 2023 Corrective Action(s): Repair damaged floor tiles. **Ensure the floor below the tile has been properly leveled before replacing the damaged tiles.
