Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dried on dough was observed on mixing arm for dough mixer. Mixing arm was stored in clean utensil storage area.
Corrective Action(s): Mixing arm placed into dishwashing area at time of inspection. Ensure that all equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are properly cleaned and sanitized to limit potential contamination of food.

- Left preparation cooler at 2 degrees C (above) and 4 degrees C (below)

- Coolers equipped with thermometers accurate to 1 degree C
- Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer available from dispenser at three-compartment sink and in buckets with wiping cloths at 200 ppm
- Three sink plugs available for manual ware washing
- Hand washing stations (service area, kitchen) are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels
- Non-latex gloves available
- Staff washroom maintained in clean condition
- Chemical storage is separate from food storage
- Staff personal belongings stored in separate area away from food
- Staff exhibit good personal hygiene (hair restrained, clean clothing)
- No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection
