Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # CPAK-CLAPH5 of Nov-17-2022 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: Handwashing sink had no hot water available. Plumber to come in tomorrow. It was observed that the chef was using 2 compartment sink available close to the main prep area. However, the sink was not equipped with liquid soap/paper towels. Staff was advised to place soap/paper towels at the 2 comp sink at this time. Correction: Ensure to have the handwashing sink repaired and notify the health inspector. [CORRECT BY: Nov 18, 2022]

Follow-up to the recent routine inspection. - Handwashing sink repaired and now properly equipped. - Prep sink reconnected and properly equipped with hot/cold running water. Follow-up inspection for CODE 306 to be conducted on/after Thursday, Dec 1, 2022.
