Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Retail self serve beverage cooler was measured at 7.4C to 7.5C. Cooler was storing milk and stocked within 2 hours.
Corrective Action(s): Move milk bottles into a working cooler in the meantime. Manager advised they will adjust the cooler at the end of day.

Observation: Scoops are stored directly on dry products inside the dry product bins. This is a reoccurring issue.

Store scoops in a sanitary manner. Scoop handles can be a source of contamination for dry products.

Dedicated handsinks all equipped with liquid soap and paper towels.
20 ppm QUATS was dispensed at 3 compartment sinks. Verified with test strips.
Wiping cloths were fully submerged in 200 ppm QUATS sanitizing bucket.
3 under the counter coolers at 2.7C to 2.9C
Walkin cooler measured at 0.8C
Ice machine maintained in a sanitary condition with scoops stored in a clean container.
Clean in place equipment are cleaned and sanitized daily with 200 ppm of QUATS. Equipment that can e removed are cleaned in 3 compartment sinks.
No signs of pest at time of inspection. Pest control is in place.
Foodsafe requirement met at time of inspection
Permit posted in plain view of public.
Temperatures of coolers are being monitored but temperatures are not recorded. Keep a temperature log book for review.
