Follow up inspection conducted to determine whether the reusable dishware and utensils have been removed from the premises as required. Dirty reusable dishes noted on an empty table at the time of the inspection. Dishware and utensils are still being used on customers and are being stored in the kitchen. Remove these items (e.g., plates, bowls, cups, saucers, glasses...etc) from the premises by Jan 28, 2019, 8am to prevent enforcement actions from being taken.
