Introduction

An unscheduled routine inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DLSP). All areas of the facility were inspected for compliance.

Observed Violations
No violations were found during the inspection.
Comments

At this inspection there were 8 children and 2 staff present. At this inspection, no contraventions were identified. As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed and a copy is provided.

Children were observed participating in clean up and transition to outdoor play.

Manager discussed with the LO extending the current staffing exemption which expires on Dec. 3, 2019. Please submit to Licensing the new application for review.
