Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Insects noted in flour in hopper of unused machine.
Corrective Action(s): Discard all flour in the hopper. If the machine is not going to be used, wash and sanitize it before storage. Ensure all bags of flour are checked before usage.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach sanitizer measured 50ppm chlorine.
Corrective Action(s): Bleach sanitizer remade at time of inspection, measuring 100ppm chlorine. Operator stated that sanitizer is made every week; make sanitizer daily to ensure concentration.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwashing station in less-often used side was obstructed.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all handwashing stations are easily accessible. Reminder that bathroom handsinks cannot be used as handwashing stations.
