Corrective Action(s): Ensure cooler is serviced, adjusted, or replaced in order to maintain potentially hazardous foods at 4 degrees C or less to limit the growth of potential pathogens (including the potential production of toxins). Continue to refrain from storing food in this cooler. "Do not use" sign has been posted. Date to be corrected by: July 9, 2021. Violation Score: 3

Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-C4MSZ8. Hot water temperature was re-checked; tested at 45 degrees C or more. Rodent droppings and debris not observed on surfaces or equipment (e.g. shelving). Note: Few areas on floor near floor-to-wall junctions observed with some debris/droppings; areas were cleaned at time of inspection. Surfaces, equipment, and utensils have been sanitized. Food, equipment, utensils stored in a manner that protects from potential contamination. Bins/containers with lids available and in use. Pest control report for service date July 6, 2021 was provided to the EHO. Follow pest control technician recommendations--continue regular pest control service to ensure control that has been established is being maintained. Hole noted on previous report currently sealed with steel wool. Ensure all holes/gaps are properly sealed against pest entry. CLOSURE ORDER is rescinded. Refer to this report along with previous health inspection reports dated July 5, 2021 and July 6, 2021 for outstanding violations. Follow up inspection to be conducted.
