Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed a staff member putting back leftover dairy product back into the original jug from milk steamer container
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to stop this practice immediately. Once the content leaves the original container, it should not re-enter as it can contaminate the whole batch. Removed the original jug and discarded at time of inspection.
