Observation: A significant quantity of dried syrup was observed in lower cabinets and surrounding floor of slush machine. It was stated that slush machine was leaking (no active leaks at time of inspection) and technician was contacted for repair.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure above-noted areas are properly cleaned. Food debris and/or spills may potentially attract pest activity. Date to be corrected by: Today.

Two compartment sink available for manual ware washing. Hot and cold running water and two sink plugs available.
Hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels available for hand washing.
Unscented household bleach on site. Manual ware washing poster provided at time of inspection.
Ice machine in sanitary condition. Scoop stored outside of machine.
No signs of pest activity observed.
Notes: 1. Two food items that were observed to be past the printed best before date were removed from the customer area at the time of inspection. Reminder to follow proper stock rotation procedures.
2. Ensure all stock is put away in back area.
