Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Chlorine sanitizer buckets measured at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available. QUATs dispenser and spray bottles measured at 200ppm.
Under counter coolers, walk-in coolers, milk compartment, ice cream compartment measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezer, walk-in freezer measured at -18C or lower. Hot-holding unit measured at 60C or higher. Burger condiment electronically time tracked.
Ice machine observed to be in sanitary condition. Soft drink nozzle machines observed to be in sanitary condition.
Exhaust hood vents satisfactory.
Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor. Facility overall sanitation satisfactory.
No signs of pests observed.

NOTE: Continue in daily cleaning underneath hard to reach areas. Ensure fry freezer is at -18C or lower.

Overall, facility is well organized.
