Comments

-Upright cooler was at 4C.
-Front cooler was at 4C.
-Upright freezers were at -17C and -16C.
-Hot holding of rice was greater than 60C.
-Foods in the hold holding units were time tracked - indicates when foods are placed on the line or reheated. Continue to time track foods which are stored between 4C to 60C.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 2-compartment sink. Bleach and sink plug available.
-Bleach sanitizer pail and spray bottle tested at 200ppm.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Raw foods stored at the lowest level.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility is serviced by professional pest control operator. No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until December 02, 2022.
