Comments

- Handsinks were adequately supplied in the front service area, near the coffee bar, and in the washroom.
- Walk-in cooler, undercounter cooler behind service counter, display coolers for drinks, grab and go items cooler in aisle were all measured at less than 4C
- Freezers- undercounter, upright storage and undercounter- were at or below -18 C
- Hot-held food were at or above 60 C
- 200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available from the dispenser of the 3-compartment sink
- No signs of recent pest activity were observed at the time of inspection.
- Food storage practices are satisfactory
