Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): At the time of inspection bleach sanitizer concentration 0ppm.
Corrective Action(s): This is a recurring issue. Ensure an approved food contact surface sanitizer is available for use at all times. Reminder, general sanitizer formula: 1 oz of regular unscented bleach to 1 gallon of water. Use the available 1 gallon jug to make this sanitizer solution on a daily basis.

Routine inspection:

Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
100ppm bleach sanitizer solution available for use in spray bottle after correction.
Ozonated water used to clean bottles prior to filling. Filling is done only by operator.
New caps provided for bottles.
Water is treated wit reverse osmosis and UV light. Filtration through a 20, 5, then 1 micron filter.
General sanitation is satisfactory.
