- Always use a container to protect food from contamination when defrosting (water from condensation from walk in cooler is dripping in one compartment)

- Back kitchen area ceiling, exhaust canopy and walls have been cleaned
- Food storage practices are satisfactory at the time of inspection

Follow up inspection to be conducted, please provide following:
- Get storage racks for walk-in cooler
- Get sanitizer spray bottles for front (dim sum) and back kitchen area, label them properly
- On regular basis, clean and sanitize area around deep fryer and cookline
