Obtain a soap dispenser for the kitchen sink next to the sandwich cooler.
Menu has expended. Update the FoodSafety plan to include current items. The plan should show the food handling steps, critical control points, critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions and record keeping.

General sanitation and maintenance of the kitchen and brewing facility is good. No obvious signs of pest noted. Keep loading bay door close unless during loading. Do not side door close (next to office).

Adequate levels of sanitizers are detected in the glasswasher and kitchen dishwasher. Test strips are available onsite.
Sanitizer in spray bottles are available.
Temperature of hot holding and fridges are satisfactory. A thermometer are available.
Maintain the record for temperatures and sanitizer levels (dishwasher, glass washer).
No concerns noted with food handling.

Foodsafe- the cook is certified. The certificate should be available to view during an inspection.
