301 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: 1) Ice machine outside surfaces, inside surfaces, and filters not regularly cleaned. Evidence of build up of stains and dust. Operator indicated it was cleaned last Friday March 9, 2021.
2) Prep cooler, walk in cooler, and stand up freezer extremely dirty with debris, grease, and mold
3) Metal shelvings in the walk in cooler has build up of brown residue
4) Clean cups and utensils at the bar area stored on dirty trays
Corrective Action(s): Thoroughly clean and sanitize the following:
- Ice machine (including: filters, water trays, scoops, outside surfaces)
- All coolers and stainless steel shelves
- Paper towel dispenser at the two-compartment sink
- Trays used to hold clean glasses at the bar
- Drawers for holding clean cups/glasses at the bar

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand soap and paper towels not available at the 2 compartment sink in the kitchen
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that all approved hand wash stations are equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid hand soap and paper towels at all times to ensure adequate hand washing.
Correct by: Immediately and ongoing
Operator has refilled the paper towel dispenser and added hand soap.
