Follow-up conducted. Probe thermometer is available and in use. Operator demonstrated how the thermometer is used to check temperatures. A temperature log book has been set up to record temperatures twice a day. 100 ppm bleach sanitizer solution is available in food preparation areas. The leaking sink for ware washing has been fixed. Continue monitoring temperatures and regularly check equipment to ensure adequate function.
