Food Store only. Pre-packaged food from approved sources and coffee. Double sink (back area) has hot/cold water. Hand sink (front area) has hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towels. Coolers (milk, sandwich display, walk in) - are at 4C/ 40F or colder -good. Thermometers are available. Checking daily (as per staff). Sandwich dates - good. Freezers - good. Slush ice drink machine appears clean today. Cleaning is as per cleaning schedule. ***Clean tray on hot chocolate machine. Include this on your written cleaning schedule. Chlorine sanitizer used to sanitize surfaces - >400ppm detected using test strip. ***NOTE that this is too strong. Use 1 tsp (5mL) of domestic chlorine bleach in 1 liter of water. For spray bottle, use 1/2 tsp bleach in 500mL of water and make solution fresh every day (as it gets weaker over time). Test strip provided. Cleaning and organizing - ok. Janitor's sink available. Pest control monitoring in place. Notify Fraser Health if there are any changes to operation. Copy of this report to be emailed to the operator.
