Pest control report from April 3rd, 2024 was reviewed and it indicated both mice activity and cockroach activity. Total of 8 mouse captures noted in the report. Corrective Action(s): - Closure Order issued. Identification of the entry and harborage area for above noted pests is critical for pest management. Ensure to have a detailed inspection done by the pest control company to identify entry/harborage area and deep cleaning should be conducted after pulling out all equipment out from wall/ corners.
