Back area/storage /receiving:
Receiving freezer measured at -18 degrees C (required: at or below -18C)
Food observed stored above the ground and proteced from contamination. Chemicals stored away from food.

Dairy:
Coolers, walk-in were measured at less than 4C (required: at or below 4C). Food stored above the ground.

Grocery/produce:
Produce cooler, walk-in, measured less than 4C.
Front, customer facing store area coolers measured at or below 4C and freezers were at or below -18C.
Three compartment sink in back for preparing produce had hot and cold running water, drain plug and QUATs dispenser achieved 200ppm.
Handsink had hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
High temperature dishwasher not in use, not turned on at time of inspection. Assistant Manager stated it is used weekly for cleaning and sanitizing bulk food dispenser bins and scoops. Cleaned and sanitized scoops available in large quantity stored in clean containers.
Ensure drain plugs are supplied wt each manual dishwashing sink for proper manual washing procedures.
Customer service area ice box temperature was satisfactory, ice was frozen solid. Unit is well maintained and clean.
No concerns with grocery storage in customer main floor areas.
