Routine inspection conducted. The facility was not in operation at this time: Hand washing stations are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. General sanitation is adequate. No sign of recent pest activity noted. 2 compartment sinks are available for manual dishwashing. High temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle was measured at 74.7C at the plate level. Bleach sanitizer was measured slightly higher than 200 ppm. Reviewed mixing instruction with the operator. All coolers measured at 4C or less. All freezers measured at -18C or less. Kitchen hood in sanitary condition. Next cleaning is due March 30, 2023.
