Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-CKHTRM:

- All presoaked noodles stored inside the cooler at < or = 4C.
- Surface sanitizer available in spray bottle at 100ppm chlorine bleach concentration.
- Both handwash sinks clear and free of plastic cover or bins. Do not store wiping cloth inside the handwash sink. Provide a separate container or bin for all wiping cloths.
- Clean sticky glue traps set around the perimeter of walls.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- The main chef is scheduled to take FOODSAFE level 1 on Nov 5, 2022. Please submit a copy of the certificate to the health inspector once successfully completed the course.
