Routine inspection conducted
Facility produces Crackers, Cookies, Jalapeno Jelly(Blueberry/Cranberry), and Antipasto (Sun dried tomato); crackers in production at time of inspection.

Temperatures:
Walk-in cooler: 3.7°C

Sanitation:
Handwash station equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, paper towels, and garbage receptacle.
Bleach sanitizer in 3 compartment sink measured 200ppm
recommended to determine volume of sink to calculate appropriate bleach solution necessary to reach 100-200ppm.
1 tbsp household unscented bleach : 1 gallon (US) water
3 compartment sink maintained in sanitary condition at time of inspection; staff states cleaning of facility starts around 1pm.
2 compartment sink used for food preparation and cleaning baking trays
Sink cleaned and sanitized prior to use for cleaning
Overall sanitation of facility satisfactory

Storage:
All food items were stored at least 6" off the floor.
All products were either in original packaging or covered inside coolers.
Storage area was well-organized.
Chemicals and cleaners were stored separate from food preparation areas.

General:
No pest activity observed at time of inspection
Professional pest control (Green Valley Pest Control) contracted; invoices not located on site.
Vent hoods still need to be installed for domestics stoves (pending since 2020)
pH batch records for jelly and antipasto products available
4 FOODSAFE certificates displayed in office; expiry ranges from Feb - May 2024
