=BOH prep cooler (2C), BOH upright cooler (4C), BOH sliding door cooler (4C), and FOH undercounter cooler (4C) measured < 4 degrees C
=BOH chest freezer (-22C) measured < -18 degrees C
=Soup hot holding (94C) and curry hot holding (82C) measured > 60 degrees C
=3 compartment sink with sink plugs available for manual dishwashing. Operator able to demonstrate manual warewashing method. 3rd compartment measured 100 ppm chlorine at the time of inspection.
=Bleach sanitizer solution at 100 ppm chlorine and available in spray bottles
=Dedicated prep sink available for food preparation
=No evidence of pest activity noted at the time of inspection
=Ice machine was maintained in a sanitary manner, separate container required for ice scoop storage
