Corrective Action(s): All products moved to other coolers. Technician called at the time of inspection.

-Ice machine well's overhang piece found to have small build up of black mold.
-Wall mounted push slicer observed to have heavy build up of food debris
Corrective Action(s): Remove the overhang and have it cleaned and sanitized. this must be conducted on a more frequent basis.
Modify the push slicer so it is capable of being disassembled, cleaned, and sanitized after every use. Ensure that it is cleaned and sanitized after every use.
