| Community Care Facilities Licensing received a complaint on February 1, 2024, regarding Care and Supervision. All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was obtained through interviews and observations. It was confirmed that Staff 1 used inappropriate behavioral guidance with the children.
