Report of Findings
Community Care Facilities Licensing received a complaint on February 1, 2024, regarding Care and Supervision.

All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was obtained through interviews and observations.

It was confirmed that Staff 1 used inappropriate behavioral guidance with the children.

Licensing determined the following contravention:

Observation: Staff 1 was heard calling children "a baby" on multiple occasions.
Corrective action: Please ensure behavioral guidance strategies are appropriate.
