Follow-up inspection conducted: - sanitizer bottle is available with 100-200 ppm chlorine solution - staff able to demonstrate proper manual dishwashing steps. - Hansink is repaired and hot water is now provided. - Detergent dispenser and sanitizer dispenser have been repaired and sanitizer for dishwashing is available with 200 ppm QUATS.
