- vermicelli noodles cooling under fan - do not forget to put this item in the cooler once it has cooled efficiently - ingredients on baking rack near glass cooler are now to be time-stamped; these can only be used for 2 hours before being discarded - rice scoops stored in ice water - dishwasher reached 50ppm at final rinse cycle - test strips now available - raw foods stored below ready to eat and cooked foods - tape and caulking removed - all repairs should be waterproof, smooth and easily cleanable
