Premise is clean. Hand washing in main tattoo area is at staff room sink. This is not ideal as it is pretty far from tattoo area and is not a dedicated hand sink. Ensure that there is a pump dispenser for soap. Floor plans to be reviewed. Overall cleanliness is good. Clean technique. Disposable needles, grips and tubes. Good sterile field set up. Good glove use. Cavicide spray for trays, beds, etc.
