Follow up inspection: -Staff on shift, in the absence of the Operator, held valid FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent course training (Safe Check Advanced Food Safety Certification Program, expiration date: May 7, 2028). -Operator had provided an update that four staff members have completed a FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent course. -Continue to ensure that the Operator and at least one staff member on duty at the food service establishment in the Operator's absence holds valid FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent course training.
