Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. The soap dispenser for the handsink in the front is located too far.
2.The handsink in the back was blocked with staff belonging and was not in use.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Re-locate the soap dispenser so that is easily reachable from the designated handsink.
2. Ensure that the handsink is freely accessible at all times. Stock with paper towels.
