Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Some utensils observed to be manually washed without a sanitizing step.
Corrective Action(s): Wash and sanitize these utensils in the dishwasher. Ensure all utensils and dishes are washed and sanitized using the dishwasher rather than by hand. Proper dishwashing includes washing with detergent, rinsing with clean water, and sanitizing at the end using bleach or Quat sanitizer.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Drinking glasses and bowls were stored next to the hand washing station at the bar area.
2. A bag of onions was stored underneath the hand washing station in kitchen next to plumbing.
3. Bulk food scoops were improperly stored. The handles of the scoops were buried in the bulk food.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Move the glassesand bowls from the hand washing station area. Do not store any food equipment next to hand washing stations or other sinks to avoid potential contamination.
2. Move the bag of onions from underneath the hand washing station. Do not store any food or food equipment next to plumbing to avoid potential contamination.
3. Clean and sanitize the bulk food scoops. Store them in a dedicated clean container.
