Reviewed remediation work done to dish pit area. Area is much drier and cleaner. Corrective work to the dish pit include: - Plugged holes in wall; Repaired tile baseboard; Fixed spray nozzle and other dripping related leaks; Dried and re-sealed Stainless steel backsplash to wall - OK. Continue to complete work in this area by: - Finish tile repairs to floor under double pot sink; Silicone the top of the baseboards along wall at dish spray nozzle and under pot sink; **ensure daily sanitary maintenance in dish pit station is reviewed by management to ensure water does not puddle overnight and area remains clean and dry; Overall fruit fly population is much reduced, but not eliminated. Continue to be aggressive with the elimination of breeding habitat including but not limited to the dish pit and drains throughout kitchen.
