Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach sanitizer solution in spray bottle was too strong and bleached out the test strip.
Corrective Action(s): Mix only 1 tsp bleach to 1 litre water for proper concentrations. Staff diluted solution at time of inspection; 200 ppm chlorine detected.

- Low-temperature dishwasher had 50 ppm chlorine detected after final rinse
- Walk-in cooler, two glass door coolers, all prep coolers and beverage coolers at the front were measured to be at or below 4C
- Walk-in freezer measured to be below -18C
- Food storage practices satisfactory; all food stored covered, dry storage area organized
- General sanitation is good, no food debris accumulation noted
- Chemicals stored separate from food
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection
- Invoices for yogurt were available on-site for review
