- Temp of prep cooler (closest to cash register) is 8 Degrees Celsius. Don't store PHF's in this cooler. As per operator, the thermostat requires replacement which will be done as soon as the part comes in. Don't store foods overnight in this cooler. Call me when it's fixed.
