Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash station in kitchen adequately supplied.
-Coolers operating at/below required temperature of 4'C; Freezers operating below required temperature of -18'C.
-Thermometers available for temperature monitoring. Food hot-held on stove at low heat at 72.3'C.
-Low temperature dishwasher achieved >50ppm chlorine at the plate level after final rinse.
-200ppm chlorine solution available in a spray bottle for kitchen.
NOTE: Spray bottle for the front area at stronger concentration for general cleaning. Ensure this solution is used for non-food prep surface only.
-Traps in place. No evidence of pest activity observed at this time.
-Professional pest control company contracted for regular visits. Recent reports kept on site.
-Back storage shelf satisfactory. Washrooms satisfactory.

General maintenance and sanitation of the facility satisfactory. However, sanitation level can be improved by cleaning hard to reach areas (floor underneath large equipment) on a more regular basis.
