- The operator must take the FoodSafe refresher course within one month. In addition to this on person onsite must have valid FoodSafe certificate at all times.

Inspection:

All coolers were < 4 Degrees Celsius .
Bleach sanitizer solution was at 100ppm.
The glasswasher had 12.5 ppm Iodine-check daily .
The dishwashers final rinse cycle reached 71 Degrees Celsius at the plate
No evidence of pests . Pest control is contacted monthly.
No changes made to the setup .
Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels .
General sanitation was satisfactory.
